Training Programme Constituents:

Aim /Objective of the Training:

Demonstrate thorough knowledge of manpower management and safety issues Related to the trainee’s area of work and time-keeping and time management

Training Programme syllabus:

1. Four Training Days ,To be conducted by a professional expert in HSE.

• Time keeping / Performance monitoring/ Record    keeping.
• Completion of Attendance Sheets, Reporting    Performance, Productivity Monitoring.
• Company HSE Rules.
• HSE Policies, Processes, Procedures.
• Transport HSE.
• JSA, Rig Moves, Planning, Check Cards, Work    Permit, Load Securing/ Unloading Practices.

2. Four Training Days, To Be Conducted By a Professional    Trainer / Expert from THE EMIRATES DRIVING COMPANY    PSC.

• Truck Maintenance and Servicing.
• Daily Check Up.
• Break Down Reporting.

3. Two Training Days , To Be Conducted By a Professional    Trainer / Expert from THE EMIRATES DRIVING COMPANY    PSC.

• Basic Leadership & Team Building.
• Basic Communication- Principles of Team    Building –Leadership Skills

10 Training Days, 5 Hours Daily
