EDC is committed to maintain its leadership role in the industry by bringing in the required changes in its working both internally and externally, due to the changes in the environment and changes in technology which will warrant this change.
Besides, the EDC shall also implement changes based on the inputs from its employees based on their suggestions and ideas.
The EDC will develop and implement a Change Management Policy to meet the following objectives:
To constantly ensure that EDC has the best standards in the industry in comparison to the other companies in the similar field and similar size at the optimal cost.
To ensure a culture of efficiency and effectiveness in the organization by constantly benchmarking our processes, practices, and procedures with the best in the industry.
To improve customer satisfaction by constantly improving on product and service offerings and enhancing the customer experience and ‘delighting’ the customer.
To encourage feedback from the entire EDC team to support the change initiative.
We will delegate a person who will specifically manage the change management process of any major project and make sure that this is implemented successfully. In case there are areas where specialized knowledge & expertise is required (from within/outside the Group), it can be co-opted to the change management team for the successful implementation of the specific project.
This policy will be reviewed every 3 years for its continual improvement & suitability and will be amended if required.
