EDC management is committed to maintain the highest levels of ethics in all its dealings with internal and external stakeholders as follows :
1. All the employees irrespective of his/her level in the organization is treated fairly and equitably.
2. Principal/Suppliers to be encouraged to be ethical in their dealings with EDC Management and its employees.
3. Customers to be treated fairly and equitably.
4. All service provided by EDC will meet the safety standards defined by Abu Dhabi/UAE Government, the EDC safety standards shall apply.
5. Create Companywide awareness for the Ethics policy and full compliance by all employees in dealing with all stakeholders.
6. Any employee noticing any breach of this ethics policy is encouraged to report such violation to internal audit or human capital.
7. Audit committee is responsible for handling the major violations.
8. Entire employee can raise their concern to internal audit office by email or physical visit.
9. Detailed Code of Conduct will supplement this Ethics Policy.
This policy will be reviewed every 3 years for its continual improvement & suitability and will be amended if required.
